Guest Lecturer Julie McCraney Brogdon will speak at the “Friends of Sculpture” Lectures Series at 7 p.m. on Feb. 4 at Rollings Middle School of the Arts Auditorium. Brogdon, a nationally known fine arts sculptor and a Georgia native, has been recognized by the National Association of Women Artists, National Sculpture Society, New England Sculptor Association and The National Museum of Women in the Arts. A reception hosted by Larry and Pam Barnfield follows the lecture. Admission to the lecture is free. Donations to the Sculpture in the South Student Scholarship Fund will be accepted. The program is made possible by the collaboration of Dorchester Two Schools Fine Arts Health and Wellness Program and Sculpture in the South.
