Five freshmen at Hampden-Sydney College recently joined the Army ROTC Program and were awarded ROTC scholarships. This program is coordinated with the ROTC at the University of Richmond.  It provides military training and offers leadership development opportunities.  At graduation, upon satisfactory completion of the ROTC program, the cadets will be commissioned Second Lieutenants in the U.S. Army.
