David Laurier Gee, Jr., 45, of Ridgeville, SC died Monday, February 22, 2010 at a Charleston hospital.
 Funeral services will be held Friday morning, February 26, 2010 at Parks Funeral Home Chapel at 11 o’clock. Burial will be held in Meeting House Cemetery in Cottageville, SC. Friends may call at Parks Funeral Home Thursday evening from 6 – 8 o’clock.
Mr. Gee was born April 1, 1964 in Wellsville, NY. He was the son of the late David L. Gee, Sr. and Alecia Reisman Branson. He was a construction operator for pipeline contractors. He was a member of Steelworkers Association, Ducks Unlimited, and the Rifle Association.
  Survivors include his mother, Alecia Branson of Summerville; two sons, Justen Michael Gee and Jordan Marshal Gee of Summerville; one grandson, Jayden Taylor; stepsister, Karen Strawderman and husband Michael of Lost River, WV; one step-brother, Richard Branson and wife Sherry of Baker WV; special friend, Angel Pye of Ridgeville; numerous nieces and nephews.
