All night fundraiser makes students dance for donations

On March 26 Gregg Middle School will host a fundraiser to support school curriculum and student activities. In order to do so, GMS is hosting its first “Superdance,” an all night event filled with exciting games, activities, movies and dancing.
The Superdance will raise vital funds for GMS. To attend, students must raise donations ($40 minimum).
Students must raise at least $40 by Monday, March 15 (in order to place t-shirts and food orders). The initial $40 must be turned in at that time, but students may continue to raise/collect donations to turn in through Friday, March 19. Students will receive a t-shirt to wear to the Superdance, which will be their entry “ticket.”
For every $40 raised, the student will be eligible for a multitude of prize drawings to be held every two and a half hours. The three students who raise the most money will be eligible to win one of three “super prizes.”
On March 1 students received their fundraising packet in order to solicit family, friends and locally owned businesses to sponsor them to attend the Superdance. Students are asked not to solicit from strangers.
Food is provided, cell phones are allowed, only GMS students may attend, parents may pickup students early and are encouraged to volunteer.
