Jaime Lynn Holladay and Joseph Anthony Timmerman Jr. were married May 30 in a ceremony at Old Wide Awake Plantation in Hollywood, South Carolina. The Reverend Jennifer Williams officiated. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Gus Holladay Jr. of Summerville, South Carolina. The groom is the son of Ms. Cindy Vos Hunter of Goose Creek, South Carolina and Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Anthony Timmerman, Sr. of Goose Creek. The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, wore an ivory gown of alencon lace over silk taffeta that featured a sweetheart neckline. The gown was accented with a belt made of silk charmeuse with vintage broach embroidery layered on a double face satin two-inch ribbon. Her headpiece was silk organza and silk shantung flower petals with feathers and a rhinestone accent. The bride’s earrings and the broach attached to her pearl bracelet were worn by her paternal grandmother at her parents’ wedding. The bride’s sister Christy Holladay and Lane Stuber served as maids of honor. Bridesmaids were Allison Viverito, Ellen Walker, and Kala White. Junior Bridesmaids were the groom’s sister Jordan Timmerman and the groom’s cousin Aspen Vandwaye. The best man was the groom’s father Joseph Anthony Timmerman, Sr. Groomsmen were Justin Cox, Daniel Leach, Tyler Trout and Jonathan Tuggle. Ringbearers were the bride’s cousins Carlisle Lavender and JJ Ward and the bride’s friend Roman White. The bride is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Edward Carlisle Lavender Sr. of New Zion, South Carolina and the late Mr. and Mrs. James Gus Holladay Sr. of Manning, South Carolina. The groom is the grandson of Mrs. Shelley Heatley Vos of Charleston, South Carolina and the late Mr. John Vos and the late Mr. and Mrs. Claude Evans Timmerman Sr., of Charleston.
