Summerville Attorneys Randall L. (Webb) Charpia and Robert Douglas (Robby) Robbins have been elected to the House of Delegates of the South Carolina Bar Association.  The House of Delegates establishes policy for the South Carolina Bar and includes delegates from each judicial circuit.  Charpia and Robbins will serve one-year terms as representatives from the 1st Judicial Circuit.
Attorney Charpia is a 2003 graduate of Clemson University and a 2007 Graduate of the Charleston School of Law. He practices with the Newton Law Firm at 128 South Main Street.  Attorney Robbins is a 1984 graduate of the University of South Carolina and a 1987 graduate of the University of South Carolina, School of Law.  He is a solo practitioner with his office located at 110 N. Main Street.
