Description: White male; 5’9”; 150 pounds
Last known address: Tunita Street (Eutawville)
Wanted for: Burglary, first degree
Wanted by: Summerville Police Department
Wanted since: April 28
Investigators allege: Yonce and his co-defendant entered a locked apartment at Westbury Mews Apartments in the early hours of April 22, making off with food and a cell phone. A witness said he was awakened by a loud noise in the living room. When he went to investigate, he saw Yonce and the co-defendant taking food from the kitchen. He confronted them and they fled. The victim said her door was forced open, cracking the door frame. She also reported her cell phone stolen. The witness positively identified Yonce using a State Law Enforcement Division photo array.

Name: Mark Edward Seifts Jr.

Description: White male; 5’9”; 185 pounds
Last known address: Rundle Lane (Summerville)
Wanted for: Financial transaction card fraud (two counts)
Wanted by: Summerville Police Department

Investigators allege: On April 21, and again on April 22, Seifts used a stolen credit card to purchases by phone at Lowe’s in Summerville. He spent a total of $501.19 on items including pieces of copper pipe and a nail gun. Investigators subpoenaed his phone records, which revealed that he called the store at the time the orders were phoned in. He pawned the nail gun in North Charleston within two hours of purchasing it. Lowe’s employees identified Seifts by the S.C. identification card he presented when he made the purchases.
