Name: James Franklin Frederick Jr.
Age: 21
Description: Black male; 5 feet 10 inches; 135 pounds
Last known address: Lincoln Avenue (North Charleston)
Wanted for: Forgery, less than $5,000
Wanted by: Summerville Police Department
Wanted since: Oct. 15
Investigators allege: Frederick presented a counterfeit check for $1,045.85 July 14 at Walmart on North Main Street. The store’s surveillance system recorded Frederick and police positively identified him using his driver’s license photo.

Name: Sierra Smith Hart
Age: 24
Description: Black female; 5 feet 2 inches; 160 pounds
Last known address: West Willard Drive (Hanahan)
Wanted for: Criminal conspiracy
Wanted by: Summerville Police Department
Wanted since: Nov. 3
Investigators allege: Hart provided her driver’s license to a co-defendant (not Frederick) for the cashing of a $1,187.59 counterfeit check July 14 at Walmart on North Main Street. Hart profited from the money received from the check. She was recorded on the store’s surveillance system and identified by police using her driver’s license photo.
