Metal detecting

Tracy Hirsch, Justin Hirsch and Trudy Hirsch took their metal detectors out for a spin the day before Thanksgiving. The Hirsches started metal detecting this summer and have gone to area beaches and parks. There’s so much history here they feel they’re bound to find something, but so far they’ve mostly found other people’s trash – tabs from soda cans and bottle caps.
