Seth Beasley, an All-Day Academic and Culinary Arts 3 student won Student of the Quarter for the first quarter of the 2012-2013 school year at the Dorchester County Career and Technology Center. He is a senior and Summerville High School is his home school. Seth is currently employed by Perkins in Summerville and works as a server. He enjoys reading and cooking. When he graduates high school, he is planning on joining the Army and then he wants to eventually open up his own restaurant. Wendy Smith with Dorchester County Economic Development and Morris Wilson, a retired Masonry instructor, were the judges. Seth won against eight other students that were nominated by their teachers.
