Name: Jamad Rashad Harris Nelson
Age: 19
Description: Black male, 5’6” tall, 130 pounds
Last known address: 691 Root Branch Road, Pineville, SC
Wanted for: Breach of Trust
Wanted by: Summerville Police Department
Wanted since: Jan. 8, 2013
Investigators allege: Defendant bought an Apple i-Pad from the victims with $460 in counterfeit currency. The victims positively identified defendant through photographic array as the person who bought the iPad using counterfeit money.
Name: Jessica S. Rembert
Age: 28
Description: Black female, 5’8” tall, 180 pounds
Last known address: 700 Miyuki Court, Pineville, SC
Wanted for: Financial Transaction Card Fraud
Wanted by: Summerville Police Department
Wanted since: Jan. 25, 2013
Investigators allege: Defendant appeared at Hearing Care of Summerville and bought hearing aids worth $3,759.47 using a preloaded debit card with insufficient funds to make the transaction. The card was initially approved but the bank later flagged the transaction as fraudulent. The defendant was positively identified as the person who made the transaction.
