Incident report details: Complainant reported that she recently ended a romantic relationship. Since then, complainant has been having trouble with the former lover and had to get a restraining order against her. Recently, complainant said she was out of town and received a phone call from an unknown individual who told her someone kicked in the back door of her residence. Officers went to the home and walked through with complainant, who stated she is missing three laptop computers, a flat screen television, and $700 cash that was in an envelope taped to the back of a dresser. Complainant said she believes her former lover’s daughter may be responsible. Officers were able to lift fingerprints at the scene.

Incident report details: Complainant reported that her office/residence was burglarized between the above date and times. She said she returned from visiting family and noticed the glass from the rear door shattered and several items missing from the building, including a long box with 21 silver dollars in it, a 12-gauge shotgun, a bag of real pearls, and an antique pocket watch. Officers did lift fingerprints from the scene.

Total value: $924
Incident report details: Complainant reported that she was being transported from Summerville Medical Center to Trident Hospital and she is missing several items, including a purse, a wig, a cell phone, heart medicine, and $300 cash. She said the last time she remembered seeing these items was in the taxicab that dropped her off at Colleton County Hospital. An officer spoke with hospital security, who said these items were given to the complainant’s mother with the complainant’s permission. The mother stated she did not remember getting any of these items, nor are they in her vehicle.
