Peter Timothy Brasington

Peter Timothy Brasington (Pete), 62, of Cottageville, South Carolina, husband of Mary Louise Hoover Brasington, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, March 26, 2013. 
Arrangements by Parker-Rhoden Funeral Home in Walterboro.  A graveside memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on April 20, 2013 in the Summerville Cemetery.  The family will receive friends immediately following the service at 106 Pelican Lane, Summerville, SC.
Mr. Brasington was born September 25, 1950, in Summerville, South Carolina, a son of Carroll O. Brasington and Mary Alice Bolton Brasington.  He served in the United States Army and spent 13 months on active duty in South Korea.  He was an electrician by trade and worked until he became too ill.  He was also a devoted member of the Sons of Confederate Veterans, Ellison Capers Camp 1212 in Moncks Corner.
He is survived by his wife; three children: Ronald Andrews, Jr. of Cottageville, SC; Michelle A. Cook (Terry) of Moncks Corner, SC, Tina A. Martin (Dean) of Zavalla, TX.; one sister, Carolyn B. Arnold (Ed) of Summerville, SC.;  8 grandchildren;  2 great grandchildren; 4 neices; Tiffiany A. Gray (Mark) of Mason, TX; Robin D. Walker (William) of Salisbury, NC; India K. Clark of Concord, NH;  Jackie B. Lais (Bill) of Tampa, FL;  3 great neices and 3 great nephews.  He was predeceased by his parents, one brother, Jack Williams Brasington and one sister, Peggy Alice Brasington.
