The Coosaw Creek Women’s Club’s Spring Luncheon is planned for April 17 at 11 a.m,.
The “Springtime in Paris” themed luncheon is $20 per person and are non refundable.
The menu includes:
• Chilled Vichyssoise, Chive Crème Fraiche, Crispy Leeks and Red Pepper Brunoise
• Pork ailard au Poivre, Roasted Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus and Veal demi glace
• Profiterols au Chocolate, Pastry Crème, Fresh Berries
The event will feature a raffle for a sweetgrass basket handcrafted by Patricia Cousin and a shell mirror handcrafted by Sally Marshall. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the luncheon.
