Charlotte Tupper Frampton of Summerville, South Carolina and Reginald Warren Sauls of Moncks Corner, South Carolina were married on December 15, 2012 at the Candlelite Pavilion in Summerville, South Carolina. Rufus Daniel Garnette officiated the 4 p.m. ceremony. A reception followed.
The bride is the daughter of Ms. Shirley Strang Frampton and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Tupper Frampton. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Lee Harvey Strang Jr. and the late Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Hay Frampton. Charlotte is a graduate of Summerville High School and Winthrop University. She is an Assistant Principal in Dorchester School District Two.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Wayne Sauls. He is the grandson of LaVerne Cope Sauls and the late James Edward Sauls and the late Mr. and Mrs. Richard Lambert Caughman. Reginald is a graduate of Lord Berkeley Academy and Clemson University. He is an employee of Sea Fox Boat Company.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. Serving as maid of honor was Ann Harvey Frampton. Matron of honor was Isabell Catharine Putnam. The flower girl was Elise Hill Decabooter, and the ring bearers were Jason Ross Putnam and Jaret Talon Putnam, both nephews of the bride.
Standing as the groom’s best men were Ronald Wayne Sauls, father of the groom, and Ronald Wayne Sauls, Jr., brother of the groom. Serving as ushers were Vincent Pascal Decabooter, Dr. Charles Jason Putnam, and Mason Wayne Sauls.
The groom’s parents hosted a rehearsal dinner at Oscar’s. The couple honeymooned in Costa Rica.
