Man charged with shooting dog

  • Tuesday, May 7, 2013

A Ridgeville man was charged April 23 with animal cruelty after allegedly shooting a neighbor’s dog then throwing it in the river.
Wyly Hampton Reeves was charged with Killing an Identifiable Dog.
This isn’t the first time Reeves has been associated with animal cruelty.
In October, 2010, Reeves and two others were cited for animal neglect after 10 dead dogs and 31 starving dogs were found on Traci Lane in Ridgeville.
