Keep Dorchester County Beautiful partnered with a Special Olympics Group on April 27 at Rosebrock Park to plant 15 Trees that were needed due to the road widening project on 165. This was a truly special event with a wonderful group of young people coming out to support beautification in Dorchester County.
These 15 trees will provide shade and a barrier between the road construction and Rosebrock Park. Keep Dorchester County Beautiful expressed its thanks to the young volunteers for giving up their Saturday morning to make a difference in our community, as well as to the Old Fort Fire Dept., and Dorchester County EMS for coming out to support the Tree Planting.
