Jessica Lauren Keller of Summerville and James David Gilmer of Cartersville, Georgia were married May 11, 2013 at the First Baptist Church of Charleston.
Dr. Eric Lethco officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth F. Keller Sr. of Summerville, South Carolina. She was given in marriage by her father.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Russell Gilmer Jr. of Adairsville, Georgia.
The bride was attended by her matron of honor Tiffany Michelle Tillman of Charleston, South Carolina and her bridesmaids Miss Emily Clara Weaver of James Island, South Carolina; Miss Allison Leigh Montei, Miss McKenna Christian Mizzell, Miss Lauren Marie Jordan, all of Summerville; Miss Hannah Michelle Runion, of North Charleston, South Carolina; Mrs. Brittnie Ann Daniels, and Miss Katie Michelle Pursel, both from Atlanta, Georgia.
Flower girls were Miss Kylie Michelle Tillman and Miss Emaleigh Faith Gilmer. Miss Rowan Presley Hardee served as ring maiden and Master Kyle Michael Hardee served as the ring bearer.
Standing as the groom’s best man was Russell Gilmer, brother of the groom. Serving as groomsmen were Mr. Kenneth F. Keller, Jr. of Summerville, Mr. LaQuan S. Gilliard, of Tacoma, Washington, Mr. Ryan Templeton of North Charleston, Mr. Phillip Andrew Dale, Mr. Jesse Bagley, Mr. Joshua Thurman, and Mr. Ryan Nichols, all of Atlanta.
The bride is the granddaughter of Mr. Carlton M. Dew of Cottageville, South Carolina and the late Mrs. Willminia Dew; and the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Keller, Jr.
The groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. James Winn of Summerville; and Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Gilmer of Georgetown, South Carolina; and Ms. Anna Kay Davis of Cartersville, Georgia.
Following her 2007 graduation from Pinewood Preparatory School, the bride attended the College of Charleston. She is employed as a wedding consultant and nanny in Atlanta.
Following his 2007 graduation from Cass High School, the groom attended Southern Polytechnical University. He is currently on active duty with the United States Army National Guard.
The couple honeymooned in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. They will make their home in Dallas, Georgia.
