Summerville Tidalwaves to host tryouts

The Summerville Family YMCA will host swim team tryouts for the Summerville Tidalwaves on Mondays and Tuesdays from 4:30-6:30 p.m. at the Oakrbook YMCA pool.
Participants must be age 5-18 and must be able to swim one 25-meter freestyle and one 25-meter backstroke to be a part of the Summerville Tidalwaves swim team. The summer season will run through July 22.
Upon trying out, registration will be available. The cost of the summer season is $135 for members or $185 for potential members of the YMCA.
Practices for the Summerville Tidalwaves will be Monday-Thursday from 4:30-6:30 p.m. at the Oakbrook YMCA pool.

The Summerville Tidalwaves Swim Team is a competitive, developmental swim team. Coaches strive to build and maintain a superior community based athletic program that provides a sound competitive environment and emphasize individual and team growth through comprehensive knowledge of the sport, the spirit of sportsmanship and positive encouragement.
