Isaac Harewood, 7, gets a trim Saturday from Jermaine Scott, both of Summerville, during a Community Health Fair at The Marketplace on West 5th North Street. Scott is a barber with Unique Cuts by Anthony on Hwy. 78 in Ladson. The event was coordinated by Slied Grant of Summerville and included Summerville Fire Department; DJ Ransome Grooms; Bridget Rampersante, who cooked curried crabs, oxtail, goat and chicken and Jerk chicken; Betty Morrison, selling handkerchiefs, corsages and jewelry, Tammy Lowkie, Mary Kay; Schanda Samuel, of Heavenly Hands by Schanda, massage therapy and Christine Klemczak-Filipiak, Clown for Hire. Next weekend, according to Scott, they will hold an All You Can Eat Crab Crack for $10 at The Marketplace.
