Two Chinese restaurants were burglarized September 22 for a combined loss of $1,030 and combined damages of $900.
Thieves, according to Summerville Police, used concrete to smash the front glass and gain entry at both establishments.
The restaurants hit were the Hong Kong Restaurant on Central Avenue and the New Winner Chinese Restaurant on North Cedar Street.
