Provided As a part of a unit on European imperialism, Alston Middle School 7th-grade teacher Prenn Woods donned an apron and labeled it Europe. While lecturing, he simulated scrambling eggs as Europeans engaged in the “Scramble for Africa.” The movement of the whisk represented various countries making their way to Africa.
