DD2 hires new law firm

  • Friday, December 13, 2013

The Dorchester District Two Board of Trustees voted Monday to select the law firm of Childs & Halligan as its legal firm of representation.

The board voted this with the caveat that Charlton DeSaussure continue to represent Dorchester District Two in bond issue concerns, and the district will use local legal services for real estate concerns.

Also, the district will continue with the firms that might be representing it in any current on-going litigation.

The board also heard updates and accepted committee reports during its regular meeting.
