Spelling wizards

Provided Windsor Hill Arts Infused Elementary recently held its annual Spelling Bee for third, fourth and fifth grade students. Two representatives from each class competed for first, second and third place in the School’s Spelling Bee. The third grade winners were: First – Emily Morefield, Second – Sedajah Law, and Third – Nevaeh Burgess. Fourth grade winners were: First –DaQuan Law, Second – Tyler Gruber, Third – Hailey Morefield. Fifth grade winners, above with Principal Vernisa Bodison, were First – Mason Grant, Second – Koby Bardon, Third – Aujea Bowman. The top two spellers from the fifth grade will compete at the District Spelling Bee on January 22, 2014. The event was coordinated by Reading Intervention teachers Andznetta Bradley, Tamara Robinson and Jenifer Womack.
