  • Friday, January 17, 2014

Photo Provided A recent Crock-Pot Cooking Class at Windsor Hill Arts Infused Elementary was organized by PE teachers Sandra Millbaugh and Taryn Floyd, Vocal Music Instructor Jen Roland, and Cafeteria Manager Laurie Miller. Teachers from the school submitted their favorite Crock-Pot recipes for a school cookbook. The event was attended by a variety of parents and students and the topic of discussion was alternative ways of creating healthy meals. A school Crock-Pot Cookbook was given to each family and crockpots were given out to families that did not own one. Pictured are (l-r) Millbaugh, Roland, fifth grader Aja Owen, Miller and Floyd.
