Exchange club opens in Cane Bay

The National Exchange Club chartered a new Cane Bay Exchange Club on Feb. 8, at the Cane Bay Middle School with 27 Chartering members.

There are 20 different Exchange Clubs in the South Carolina District that work together to better individual communities. The Exchange Club’s mission is the Prevention of Child Abuse and other programs of service are Americanism, Youth, and Community Service.

The Cane Bay Exchange Club already has several projects planned for spring such as a Community Treat, which will be a Teen Training/Job and Home Improvement Fair; Easter Egg Hunt; Golf Tournament and Back to School supply drive.
