DuBose Middle School is asking for community support in the battle against childhood obesity while promoting healthy lifestyles. That is why DuBose is excited to host the inaugural Wildcat Health & Wellness Fair on Thursday, October 11 from 6-8 p.m. The kick-off event aims to raise awareness and institute change in unhealthy policies, environments and behaviors in our schools as well as in the community.
In conjunction with the Wildcat Health & Wellness Fair, DuBose will host a Night with the Arts. Families can enjoy a fun-filled evening of education, demonstrations, and fun, all while learning about positive changes toward a healthy and rewarding life. Local businesses will be participating, offering giveaways, activities, food, information and more. There is no charge to attend or to participate as a business.
For more information about attending or participating at the Health & Wellness Fair, contact Eddie Crosby, Assistant Principal at DuBose Middle School at 875-7012 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
