Saussy Burbank will join the list of builders at The Ponds, a 1,950-acre master-planned community in Summerville. The company, known for its environmentally-friendly building practices and distinctive architectural details, will be one of five other builders in the community.
Purchasers at the Ponds will be able to choose from multiple floor plans from Saussy Burbank, with four different home styles to start. The homes will be built as part of the Ponds’ Phase I development. Pricing starts at $294,900 with square footage ranging from 1900 to 2700. All of the homes will be Energy Star certified and Environments for Living™ Platinum Class certified with a three-year performance guarantee. Other standard features include crawl-space foundations, smooth ceilings, baseboards, oak hardwood floors, gas fireplace, granite counters, tankless water heaters and more.
