Elizabeth Ann Martin of Irmo, S.C. and William McCall Huff of Summerville, S.C. were married on December 29, 2012 at Rosewood Baptist Church in Columbia, S.C. The 5 p.m. ceremony was officiated by Pastor Bobby Wood of Ogden, Utah. A reception followed at The South Carolina State Museum.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry B. Martin, Jr. of Irmo, S.C. She was given in marriage by her father.
The bride wore a slim-fitted ivory gown in all-over organza and lace featuring a beautiful neckline. A chapel length train and covered buttons completed this elegant dress.
The matrons of honor were Taylor Hudson Black and Laura Register Bailey. Bridesmaids were Ali Koch, Jessica Grote, Caitlin Chandler and Jordan Medley. The brideís attendants wore dresses of forest green chiffon.
The flowergirl was Gracie Elizabeth Kokolis and the ring bearer was Weldon Luke Gunter, both cousins of the bride.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Matthew Huff, Sr. of Summerville.
James Matthew Huff, Jr., brother of the groom, stood as best man.
Groomsmen were Ben Martin, brother of the bride, Chris Scott, Stephen Bartos, Brad Peurifoy and Roscoe Bolton.
Serving as ushers were Jesse Grote and Justin Cox.
The bride is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert W. Cowsert, Sr. of Columbia S.C. and Mr. and Mrs. Henry B. Martin, Sr. of Columbia, S.C. and the late Ms. Nan M. Martin of Columbia, S.C. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and is a graphic designer in Logan, Utah.
The groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Edwin H. McCall, Sr. of Greenville, S.C., and Mrs. Ruth F. Huff and the late Mr. John C. Huff, Sr. of Greenville, S.C.† He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and is earning his Masterís Degree in geomorphology at Utah State University in Logan, Utah.
A summer honeymoon is planned.
The couple will make their home in Logan, Utah.
