Taking Back OUR Village (TBOV) Community Initiative, The Town of Lincolnville, local law enforcement agencies as well as a host of local business and service agencies will host the 2nd annual back to school bash on Saturday, Aug. 27 starting at 10 a.m. at the Charles Ross Municipal Complex (Lincolnville Town Hall).
