Mousse a la Banana

Ingredients and Preparation

Ingredients Measures Low fat (1%) milk 2 tablespoons Sugar 4 teaspoons Vanilla 1 teaspoon Banana, cut in quarters 1 medium Plain low fat yogurt 1 cup 1/4-inch banana slices 8 1.    Directions 2.    Place milk, sugar, vanilla, and banana in blender. Process 15 seconds at high speed until smooth. 3.    Pour mixture into a small bowl; fold in yogurt. Chill. Spoon into 4 dessert dishes; garnish each with 2 banana slices just before serving.
