Incident report details: Complainant reported that someone entered his business and stole a welder and trailer worth some $7,000. The complainant believes the subject is someone familiar with his shop. Video surveillance shows a lone male subject dressed in black and wearing a ski mask pulling the trailer and welder down the driveway. It also shows a white SUV pulling in the driveway. The complainant said he does know of one individual with a history of committing similar crimes.
