Malphrus, White wedding planned

Davant Strong “Van” Malphrus, Jr. and Allison Kelly Malphrus of Summerville, South Carolina are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Laura Ashley Malphrus to William Hillery White, III. Mr. White is the son of William Hillery White, Jr. and Deborah Lee White of Summerville.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Carolyn Johnson Malphrus and the late Davant Strong Malphrus, Sr. of North Charleston, South Carolina; and the late David Lesane Kelly, Sr. and Juanita Bowen Kelly of North Charleston, South Carolina.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Marianne Lee and the late Billy Joe Lee of Wauconda, Illinois; and the late Dr. William Hillery White, Sr. and Jenny Lynn White of Middlesboro, Kentucky.
The wedding is planned for April 21, 2013 at The Island House in Charleston, South Carolina.
