Eyesore

Dear Judy:

Behind the Old Trolley Road Walgreen Drug Store is a circular, curbed plot of ground full of weeds which gets mowed no more than once each year, and where Old Trolley Road intersects with Bacons Bridge Road, there are sections of fence which have been missing for several months. I have no idea who owns that weed-choked plot of ground nor who is responsible for maintaining that fence, but I believe it is their civic duty to address those eyesores.
