Tommy and Melinda Welch are the new owners of HOCOA of Charleston. HOCOA of Charleston connects homeowners with all home services, including maintenance, repairs, emergency needs, and home improvement. All network contractors are screened, licensed, and insured. The office, formerly located in Mt. Pleasant for 12 years, has moved to 208-A N. Cedar Street in Summerville.
