Rebekah Gena discusses Rene Bruce’s acrylic/mixed media painting “Cooper River Ripples” with son Daniel, 8, during an outing to view the Summerville Artists Guild’s new show at Summerville’s Seago Library on Trolley Road. The show will continue through February. Gena visited the show Thursday afternoon, with her children, who are homeschooled.
