At the Feb. 13 meeting of the Rotary Club of Summerville, Tony Pope was awarded with the Reach One, Keep One Silver Pin and certificate. The award is given to members who recruit 10 new members to the club, with eight still active after four years. Some of the members that Pope recruited appear with him in the photo. Rotarians still active but not present were club members Sean Bennett, Kelly Knight, and Al Bradham, and PJ Johnson Pope who is now in the North Charleston Rotary Club. The club meets every Wed. at 12:30 p.m. at Holiday Inn Express-Summerville.
