9th Annual St. Paul's Tea Room and Gift Shop

  • Tuesday, February 26, 2013

The signature tomato pie is always one of the favorites of patrons of the St. Paul’s Tea Room. PROVIDED

The 9th Annual St. Paul’s Tea Room and Gift Shop will open from March 4-15 from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm daily. In addition to the Signature Tomato Pie, She Crab Soup, delicious salads, sandwiches, and homemade desserts, the luncheon menu will offer a new Trio Salad Plate. St. Paul's is located at 316 W. Carolina Avenue in Summerville.
The Gift Shop will again feature beautiful, locally designed jewelry, tempting totes, angel dolls, Summerville pillows, handmade books, knitted animals, and MORE. The men of the church have crafted an interesting group of birdhouses, benches, pens, and other wooden gifts. You’ll want to shop early.
This year the Gift Shop will showcase a new Plant Tent, which includes native, herbs, succulents, and unusual plants as well as garden accessories. Check the website for a partial listing. Also new is the Attic Treasures room, which has nice, gently used things to consider.
A highlight this year is the NEW St. Paul’s cookbook. Recipes are geared to groups such as Supper Clubs.
Take-out meals can be arranged by calling 873-1991. Delivery to businesses up to 2 miles from the church with a minimum order of 4 can be arranged.
Funds raised go to the various ministries supported by St. Paul’s. This is a spring community reunion that you won’t want to miss.  Check the website for more details and directions at www.stpaulssummerville.org.
