DCSO cracks burglary ring

 The Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office has arrested four young men and a juvenile in connection with a string of North Charleston area burglaries.
DCSO are seeking three others in connection with the case.
According to a DCSO press release, DCSO investigators identified a burglary ring that had been operating in the Archdale area of unincorporated North Charleston. Detectives linked the seven adults and a juvenile to burglaries of some twenty residences, according to the release.
Other cases have been identified by the North Charleston and Goose Creek Police Departments, according to the release.
The following have been arrested and charged: David Craig Zeigler, 17, 4 counts burglary 2nd degree; Jeffrey James Kirk, 19, 1 count burglary 2nd degree; Henry Marquis Edwards, 18, 1 count burglary 2nd degree; Luke Vendrely, 18, accessory after the fact burglary 2nd.
Investigators are still looking for Javan C. Jordan, 19, wanted for 11 counts burglary 2nd degree; Jason Lemar King, 18, wanted for 4 counts burglary 2nd degree; and Josh Leon James Richards, age unknown, wanted for five counts burglary 2nd degree.
In addition, investigators arrested a juvenile in connection with the crimes, according to the release.
The investigation is ongoing.
