At the Feb. 27 meeting of the Rotary Club of Summerville, a check from proceeds of the club golf tournament last fall was presented to Dr. Kay Phillips, executive director of the Dorchester Children’s Center (DCC), Children in Crisis. From left, Club President Jaime Moore, Phillips, golf committee co-chair Tony Pope, President of the board of the DCC and club member Gene Hundley, and golf committee co-chair June Sullivan. The club meets every Wed. at 12:30 p.m. at Holiday Inn Express-Summerville.
