Mrs. Lula Nettles Etheredge

Belvedere, SC—Funeral Services for Mrs. Lula Nettles Etherege, 80, of Audubon Circle, Belvedere, SC, who entered into rest March 23, 2013, will be conducted Tuesday morning at 11 o'clock from the Posey Funeral Chapel.  Rev. Angela Etheredge-Manly officiating.  Interment in the Summerville Cemetery, Summerville, SC at 4:30pm.
Mrs. Etheredge was a native of Summerville, SC having made Belvedere her home for the past 58 years.  She was an  active member of the Belvedere United Methodist Church where she served in many leadership capacities, formerly owned a Florist, was a past President of the Belvedere PTA and served on the PTA Board and the State PTA Board. Mrs. Etheredge was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, the Daughters of the Confederacy and the Augusta Genealogical Society.
Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Bobby G. Etheredge, Sr.; a son and daughter-in-law, Bobby Gene and Shannon Etheredge, Bartlesville, OK; three daughters, Barbara Davis, Belvedere, Cindy Hardigree, North Augusta and Rev. Angela Etheredge-Manly, Florence, SC; seven grandchildren, Jeff Butler, Christopher Butler, Devon Butler, Tiffany Burleson, Dana Hardigree, Nicholas Manly and Wesley Manly; ten great-grandchildren; two brothers, Charles Nettles and Melvin Nettles, both of Summerville; two sisters, Regina Knight and Dianne Nettles, both of Summerville.
Pallbearers will be Jeff Butler, Chris Butler, Devon Butler, Nicholas Manly, Wesley Manly and Charles Hardigree.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
