Lowe's retirement

  • Monday, April 29, 2013

Current and former employees came to the Lowe's on North Main Street recently to celebrate the retirement of store manager Steven Benton, third from right. His wife Peggy is second from right. Benton trained at the Summerville store nine years ago, then worked at other stores in the Charleston area, and has been managing the Summerville store for the last five years. Throughout his career he has worked in store management and opened the first Office Depot in the area, in West Ashley, in 1989.
