Summerville Police have charged three men with the May 1 “home invasion” at 100 Myrtle Place in the Robynwyn subdivision that resulted in the shooting injury of 19-year-old Damien Stokes.
Stokes has been charged with Burglary in the first degree, no bond. Also charged are Brandon McNeil Brown, 24 and Tyrell Jamar Miles, 20.
Miles has also been charged with Burglary in the first degree with a $70,000 bond.
Brown has been charged with Attempted Murder, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Violent Crime and Burglary in the first degree. The murder and burglary charges each carry a $70,000 bond and the possession charge carries a $10,000 bond.
