Ingredients and Preparation
Fresh, trimmed or frozen, cut asparagus
Lime juice (lemon juice may be substituted)
Canned green chili peppers, drained, chopped
2. Cook asparagus. Drain well.
3. Pat dry with paper towels and place in blender. Add remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
