Fresh Salsa

Ingredients and Preparation
Roma tomatoes
6 (or 3 large regular tomatoes)
Onion, finely chopped
˝ medium
Garlic clove, finely minced
Serrano or jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
Cilantro, chopped
3 tablespoons  
Oregano, finely crushed
1/8 teaspoon  
1/8 teaspoon  
1/8 teaspoon  
Avocado (black skin), diced
Juice of 1 lime
1.    Directions
2.    Combine all of the ingredients in a glass bowl.
3.    Serve immediately or refrigerate and serve within 4 to 5 hours.
