James Eppes of Summerville has been named to the Dean's List at the University of the South in Sewanee, Tenn. for the Easter 2013 term.
To earn a place on Sewanee's Dean's List, a student must earn a minimum grade point average of 3.625 on a 4.0 scale.
Eppes is a son of Sarah and John A. Eppes.
The University of the South, familiarly known as Sewanee, comprises a nationally recognized College of Liberal Arts and Sciences and a distinguished School of Theology. Located on 13,000 acres in Tennessee's Cumberland Plateau, Sewanee enrolls 1,500 undergraduates and approximately 100 seminarians.
