Provided -- Delta Sigma Theta Sorority presents $5,000.00 check to Fund Development Director of the Dorchester Children’s Center – Children In Crisis - Bob Ingram

Delta Sigma Theta Sorority held a Benefit Walk in support of the Dorchester Children’s Center on Saturday, April 27th.
“Delta Sigma Theta set a goal of $2,500 in honor of our organization’s 25th Anniversary,” said Patricia Smalls, Charting Celebration Committee Chair, “but people kept giving and we were completely amazed when we tallied up the funds.
“Bob Ingram said the ladies of the Sorority completely exceeded the Center’s expectations and that their support and generosity will make an immediate difference in the lives of children traumatized by abuse and that all of their efforts were so greatly appreciated.”
