Cary-Kothera will present an overview of the NOAA organization, how it is organized and the type of staff and services they provide. She will also focus on coastal and ocean related topics to include Marine Spatial Planning, how NOAA helps communities with natural disasters, and how they are working with the South Carolina Ports Authority.
