Fireworks were not enough excitement last week on Hummingbird Drive in Ladson. Dorchester County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched in reference to shots fired. On arriving at the address, the homeowner told police that someone had shot into his house.
The victim told officers someone had shot at his house five or six times and he thought he knew who did it…his drug dealer “Dollar.”
The man told police that the drug dealer had come around earlier to collect money owed him from previous transactions. The complainant told police he had paid some of the money owed but not all of it. He told police he has a problem with “crack.”
The deputies observed bullet holes and shell casings on scene.
