Bronze medalist

Nic Poland (l) and J.T. Rustin (r), students at Ray Smith’s Tae Kwon Do, competed at the 2013 USA Tae Kwon Do National Championships held this month at Chicago’s McCormick Place. The six-day tournament drew more than 4,100 athletes who each qualified for the event with top performances at state meets across the nation. Rustin brought home a bronze medal from the National Championships.
